FRANCHISE PARTNER SPONSOR is defined as one specific franchise brand. For those Franchise Partners who have a parent company, the parent company can register as one sponsorship; however each additional brand would need to be registered separately to be included.
ADDITIONAL FULL EVENT FRANCHISE ATTENDEE is defined as an additional person attending from an already sponsoring Franchise Brand. In the case of a parent company sponsor with multiple brands under the parent company umbrella, each brand must first register its own sponsorship before additional attendees can be added.
IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE ONLY: The 2025 Business Alliance, Inc. Conference registration includes in-person attendance only; virtual attendance is not an option. Currently, there are no specific COVID-related safety measures or requirements in place for in-person attendees, subject to change. The conference will abide by whatever requirements are in place in the hosting city and/or venue(s) and will communicate those requirements to attendees if and when they change as soon as readily possible.
CONFERENCE PAYMENTS: All registration and Sponsored Partner payments are invoiced and processed by Business Alliance, Inc. Business Alliance, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any registration or sponsorship that is not paid timely according to payment due dates, retaining any funds already received. COVID-19 RELEASE WAIVER: I understand that my in-person attendance at the 2025 Business Alliance Inc. Conference in Las Vegas, NV, May 5-8th, 2025 may expose me to a risk of contracting the COVID-19 virus, and agree to comply with all requested safety measures including but not limited to wearing a face covering and other measures if applicable or required by the conference organizers or associated venue(s). Furthermore, I understand that the 2025 Business Alliance, Inc. Conference and its third-party event management firm, EventfullyYourz cannot guarantee that I will not become infected with COVID-19. I hereby acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending the 2025 Business Alliance, Inc. Conference and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the 2025 Business Alliance, Inc. Conference may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort and Spa staff, employees of Business Alliance, Inc., EventfullyYourz staff, other 2025 Business Alliance Inc. conference attendees, speakers or other groups or persons present in the associated conference venues unrelated to the Business Alliance, Inc. conference. I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the 2025 Business Alliance, Inc. employees, EventfullyYourz, the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort and Spa and its employees, its agents, and its representatives, of and from any Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to my voluntary attendance at the 2025 Business Alliance, Inc. Conference. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of 2025 Business Alliance Inc., EventfullyYourz, JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort and Spa and its employees, its agents, and its representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in the 2025 Business Alliance, Inc. Conference.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
FRANCHISOR & SUPPLIER SPONSORS must pay in full by January 15, 2025, to avoid loss of sponsorship benefits. Sponsors may request to cancel in writing via email to Events@businessallianceinc.com up until January 15, 2025 to receive a 50% refund via the original payment method, at which time all sponsor benefits are then forfeited. If request to cancel is received on or after January 16, 2025, no refunds can be given, and sponsor may choose to retain all benefits if desired. Partial refunds cannot be applied if physical attendance or use of any included benefits are not desired. Included sponsor attendees may be substituted up until April 15, 2025.
ADDITIONAL CONFERENCE FULL EVENT FRANCHISE or SUPPLIER ATTENDEES may request cancellation via email to Events@businessallianceinc.com by March 1, 2025 for a full refund via the original payment method. Cancellation requests for any reason on or after March 2, 2025 will not receive a refund of any amount. Substitutions permitted through April 15, 2025.
BROKER ATTENDEES may request cancellation via email to Events@businessallianceinc.com by March 1, 2025 for a full refund via the original payment method. BROKER GUESTS may request cancellation via email to Events@businessallianceinc.com by March 1, 2025 for a full refund via the original payment method. Cancellation requests received up until April 1, 2025 will receive a full 100% refund. Any cancellation requests for any reason received on or after April 1, 2025 will not receive a refund of any amount. Substitutions permitted through April 15, 2025.
