HIGH RESOLUTION LOGO

SPECS: 300 DPI (dots per inch) at 100% size - approximately 30" tall for vertical logos or 30" wide for horizontal logos (must be at least if RASTOR file; best file type is VECTOR (CAD) - file types include EPS, JPG, etc. Anything under 1,000 KB is too small - must be MB. Email to  BAI@eventfullyyourz.com by January 10, 2025. 

SWAG BAG ITEMS

Accelerator, Velocity, and Catalyst sponsors are invited to provide promotional items to include in attendee bags.   


Promo items can include any marketing materials, giveaways, etc. but please limit the size of the item. Some examples are: koozies, pens, memo pads, postcards, etc. 


Sponsors will need to send in a description of the item to bai@eventfullyyourz.com by 2/7 for approval.  PLEASE DO NOT ORDER BEFORE APPROVAL.


These items should be delivered or shipped directly to the hotel in advance of the conference and must be received by April 28th to guarantee placement in attendee bags.

Estimated Attendee Count: 300. At this point, this is not an exact number, but an estimate. If we have any extra items, we will provide these to your company attendee at the conclusion of the conference (we will not be able to ship leftover items back unless you include a pre-printed return shipping label in your original box). BANNER ADS

 Banner ads should be jpg or png files sized 950px horizontal by 380 px vertical.  We recommend NOT including a lot of text as it will be difficult to read. 

POWER POINT ADS

 Power Point ads should be horizontal in orientation and sized to fit a widescreen Power Point slide or 1280x720 pixels. Must be in PPT format, not an image (PDF, PNG, etc.).  

A LA CARTE DELIVERABLES

We will be in touch with anyone who has sponsored an add-on item in the case that we require any logos or art that is different than what you have already provided.

BOOTH INFORMATION

Accelerator Sponsors & Catalyst Suppliers will each receive a 10’x10’ exhibit space with 3-sided pipe and drape enclosure and Impulse Supplier will each receive an 8'x8' exhibit space. Velocity level sponsors will each receive a 6’ tabletop space, within the Rest & Refresh room to create your own branded immersive experience for attendees. 

Feel free to bring product, signage, furniture, or anything desired to give attendees an immersive experience with your brand or product (consumable food or beverage related items may be restricted – advance approval is required from the hotel – submit requests to BAI@eventfullyyourz.com at least 30 days prior to conference start date).

Shipping and Receiving is CLOSED SUNDAY- Please make sure that all packages arrive by Friday.

1. JW Marriott Las Vegas Warehouse/Receiving Dock Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday:  6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; Saturdays:  6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.; closed Sundays & Holidays.  Freight and Package processing will be handled by JW Marriott Las Vegas personnel only.  


2. Freight may not be delivered to the JW Marriott Las Vegas any sooner than three (3) days prior to load-in date.  Any shipment received from carriers prior to move-in date will be charged a storage fee ranging from $15.00 - $60.00 per weight, per day.  Outgoing freight must be picked up by the following day after load-out.


3. At the end of your event, any arrangements for special pick-up of items will be the responsibility of the vendor/exhibitor.  Your Event Manager should be advised of any such arrangements so the appropriate departments will be aware of the pick-up arrangements.


4. All shipments must be palletized and shrink-wrapped to be accepted by the JW Marriott Las Vegas.  


5. The following handling charges for all shipments will apply:

                          0 to 1 lbs. - $10.00

                          10.1 to 20 lbs. - $20.00

                          20.1 to 30 lbs. - $25.00

                          30.1 to 40 lbs. - $30.00

                          40.1 to 50 lbs. - $40.00

                          50.1 to 70 lbs. - $50.00

                          70.1 to 100 lbs. - $75.00

                          100+ lbs. - $200.00

                          ½ Pallet Charge - $250.00

                          Pallet Charge - $400.00


7. The above rates do not include skidding, unskidding, shrink wrapping, or in-house movement.  The hourly labor rate for these services is $70.00 per hour with three hour minimum.

Attendee List

Accelerator & Velocity Sponsors will receive the attendee list 2 weeks prior to conference.

Accelerator, Velocity & Kinetic Sponsors will receive the attendee list post conference.
