We cannot add or change anyone after May 1st. Any unused/unassigned spots remaining will be forfeited.
SPECS: 300 DPI (dots per inch) at 100% size - approximately 30" tall for vertical logos or 30" wide for horizontal logos (must be at least if RASTOR file; best file type is VECTOR (CAD) - file types include EPS, JPG, etc. Anything under 1,000 KB is too small - must be MB. Email to BAI@eventfullyyourz.com by January 10, 2025.
Accelerator, Velocity, and Catalyst sponsors are invited to provide promotional items to include in attendee bags.
Promo items can include any marketing materials, giveaways, etc. but please limit the size of the item. Some examples are: koozies, pens, memo pads, postcards, etc.
Sponsors will need to send in a description of the item to bai@eventfullyyourz.com by 2/7 for approval. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER BEFORE APPROVAL.
These items should be delivered or shipped directly to the hotel in advance of the conference and must be received by April 28th to guarantee placement in attendee bags.
Estimated Attendee Count: 300. At this point, this is not an exact number, but an estimate. If we have any extra items, we will provide these to your company attendee at the conclusion of the conference (we will not be able to ship leftover items back unless you include a pre-printed return shipping label in your original box). To ensure we receive all boxes, we suggest forwarding your tracking number to BAI@eventfullyyourz.com.

Banner ads should be jpg or png files sized 950px horizontal by 380 px vertical. We recommend NOT including a lot of text as it will be difficult to read.
Power Point ads should be horizontal in orientation and sized to fit a widescreen Power Point slide or 1280x720 pixels. Must be in PPT format, not an image (PDF, PNG, etc.).
We will be in touch with anyone who has sponsored an add-on item in the case that we require any logos or art that is different than what you have already provided.
Accelerator Sponsors & Catalyst Suppliers will each receive a 10’x10’ exhibit space with 3-sided pipe and drape enclosure and Impulse Supplier will each receive an 8'x8' exhibit space. Velocity level sponsors will each receive a 6’ tabletop space, within the Rest & Refresh room to create your own branded immersive experience for attendees.
Feel free to bring product, signage, furniture, or anything desired to give attendees an immersive experience with your brand or product (consumable food or beverage related items may be restricted – advance approval is required from the hotel – submit requests to BAI@eventfullyyourz.com at least 30 days prior to conference start date).
